How to order Personalized Clothings
1.Choose your Product design: First, decide on the design you want for your custom name and photo project.
2.Provide your name or photo: Once you've chosen your design, provide us with the name you want to include or the photo you want to use. We will then create a mockup of the project for your approval with 36-72 hours
3.Production: we will start producing your custom name and photo project. This process usually takes between 3-5 days
4.Delivery: After production, we will carefully package your custom name and photo project and ship it to your address. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but worldwide shipping usually takes around 15 days.
5.When placing an order for delivery,💥 please note that it is not mandatory to provide a phone number, but we highly recommend doing so. Providing a phone number ensures that our delivery team can contact you if there are any issues or questions regarding your delivery.
6.Additionally, please make sure that the address you provide is correct and complete. This includes the correct spelling of the street name, house or apartment number, city, state/province, and postal code. Inaccurate or incomplete addresses can result in delayed delivery or lost packages.
